Good News? Ft Meade is opening 3 WTU's (Warrior Transition Units) for soldiers coming back from Irag and Afghanistan late this summer, 2013. Most Army bases will now have WTU's.

With more than 600,000 Vets returning with PTSD, will this be enough?
